Thank you for your interest in our rental properties. Now that you have found a property that you may be interested in renting, please review the following requirements:
1) A security deposit is required on each property and is the same amount as the monthly rent. This fee is payable in cash when the lease agreement is signed.
2) There is a non-refundable $20 application fee along with a completed application form. Click here to view and print the application form)
3) There is a pet deposit (varies) for each indoor or outdoor pet. This fee is payable in cash when the lease agreement is signed.
4) The first months rent is prorated based on the remaining days in the month in which you move in. This fee is payable in cash when the lease agreement is signed.
5) You must have a cell phone number or established home phone number.
6) You must have gross verifiable income equal to 3 times the monthly rental amount. A copy of your last months pay checks or last years tax returns required.
7) We require a copy of your Social Security card and DMV issued license or identification card.
8) Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
9) No smoking permitted in rental homes.
